National FFA Week

National FFA week is one week every year dedicated to celebrating the National FFA Organization and American agriculture. Chapters all across the country celebrate and share their passions and pride for agriculture and the FFA during this week. The National FFA Week is held from Saturday, February 17th to Saturday, February 24th, 2018. Celebrate Ag and FFA all week with your home chapter and learn about more ways to advocate for such an incredible organization!!!

Woodbury's FFA Week

Due to having February vacation during most of the week that the National FFA Week is held, the Woodbury FFA Chapter holds our "National FFA Week" during the week after in order to maximize the amount of celebration of such an amazing organization! Woodbury is holding FFA week from Monday, February 26th, to Friday, March 2nd, 2018. Help Woodbury FFA celebrate this amazing organization by sharing your pride and passion for agriculture with others and advocating for agriculture in your home and community! I Can. We Will. Vocalize and share our passions for agriculture!!!

Junior Leadership Conference (JLC)

This is an event specifically designed for freshmen to learn more about the FFA and all that it has to offer as well as to develop their skills as leaders and advocates for American agriculture! It's a really fun event to attend where freshmen can also meet and get to know the state and district officers as well as other freshmen from chapters across the state!

Students from FFA chapters across the state come to advocate for CT agriculture at our state's capital! Members get to talk to local legislatures about their passion for the FFA and agriculture while learning more about our state's government and its involvement in the agriculture industry!

Cocoa and Cram

Cocoa and Cram is where students can study for their midterm exams together after school from 2:30-4 p.m. (on Tuesday and Thursday) while enjoying some hot chocolate and snacks! Some teachers from multiple concentrations (ranging from Math, Science, English, History, World Language, and/or Ag classes) will be there to answer questions students may have about their classes/exams. Cocoa and Cram also counts for FFA credit for the quarter 2 marking period and is a fun and social event to attend!

3rd Annual Farm to Table Harvest Dinner

Enjoy a wonderfully fresh, sit down meal created by the foremost chefs in the area. Meals will be crafted with food provided by local farmers and the school's garden. 

Tickets available for $100 per meal | Limited Seating

Proceeds provide scholarships and grants to students pursuing agricultural careers upon graduation and support the Ellis Clark Regional Agriscience & Technology Program.
