Mrs. Elizabeth Webb

I am a native of western Massachusetts. Throughout my life, I have always been involved in agriculture. For example when I was a young I would plant and take care of a vegetable garden.

I received my Associates Degree from SUNY Cobleskill in Equine Science. I then went to University of Massachusetts Amherst where I received my Bachelor Degree in Animal Science. I then continued my education at Central Connecticut Sate University where I earned my Masters Degree in Administration.

In 1983, I started teaching at Franklin County technical School in Massachusetts. When a position opened at Nonnewaug High School in 1985 I applied and began teaching soon after. I originally taught the conservation class and production class. During this time I was developing the curriculum for Horse Management. About 16 years ago, the Horse Management class was added into the curriculum at Nonnewaug High School.

I enjoy  coaching the FFA Horse Judging team each year. My hobbies are hiking with my dogs, driving/ riding horses, gardening, cooking and reading.
