The chapter contest for this event is held in early October.  It consists of driving through and backing up a two-wheel and four-wheel wagon.  The top two finishers then move on to the district contest which is between the four agri-science schools in the district in mid October.  The top two contestants from each district in the state then move onto the state contest at the state convention in June.  There is not a national contest for this CDE but their is a Big E contest which is very similar to the state contest.
