Quiz Bowl

Coach - Mr. Eric Birkenberger

The chapter contest for this event is held at the freshman social in December because it is only open to freshmen FFA members.  It tests FFA members general knowledge about the FFA.  The top team of four (4) FFA members then represents the chapter at the district and state contests.  Every team competes at the state contest at the state convention in June regardless of how they place at the district contest. The district contest acts as a practice for the four agri-science schools teams in our district and is held in May at one of the schools.  At the district and state contests only three of the four contestants may compete.  The other is an alternate.  Also, there is not a national contest for this CDE.
