COLT Conference

     On August 21^st the chapter officers attended the COLT conference held at Nonnewaug. This conference is a training day so your officers can serve you better. Each office had its own workshop to go to, where the tasks that they were in charge of were explained thoroughly. As well there were also teamwork activities to show how teamwork is the key to success. Other workshops included how to introduce your-self, proper appearance, and guidelines on the National Chapter application. This conference was organized by the Connecticut state officers and their advisor. The chapter officers received a lot of important information from the conference, and felt it was a great way to start off the year.
