The FFA Chapter Officers The chapter officer team is made up of nine officers plus the advisor, Ms. Petersson. Without her, the Woodbury FFA would not be what it is today. This team works countless hours behind the scenes working on details for many special events and meetings. To be a chapter officer you need to put 100% into the FFA and be a junior or senior Ag student in good standing. You need to know how to balance your schedule between FFA, homework, sports, your SAE, etc. and always be willing to be flexible and to make the FFA your priority. You can't be late to weekly morning meetings. Things need to be done with everyone present. If just one person on the officer team does not do this, everything could fall apart. Officers are expected to be role models for other students not just in school, but at special events, and in the community. Being a chapter officer is an honor and only nine out of over 308 students get that honor bestowed upon them each year at the chapter banquet.
