Supervised Agricultural Experience Program (SAEP) |
The FFA Alumni The Woodbury FFA has one of the largest alumni organizations in the country. It began in 1987 with a group of a few parents who wanted to help out the Agri-science program. Since then, it has grown to over 200 dues paying members. Anyone is invited to attend the monthly meetings during the school year on the first Tuesday of the month. They are held at 7:00 PM in the Agriscience building. The alumni helps out at many events by providing volunteers and refreshments. This group is made up of parents of Agri-science students, both current and past graduates, and members of the community involved in the agriculture industry. The alumni holds a major fundraiser every year which is a hunter pace in November. A lot of effort goes into this by both alumni members and students. This money goes towards 5-10 scholarships for graduating seniors every year and helping students going to the national convention pay for the trip. Meetings are on the Fist Tuesday of the month - Alumni Scholarship Application (College/ University) Alumni Scholarship Application (Entrepreneurship) |
